Kuan Frye

Kuan Lee Frye (born 1997) is a British child actor who was the original Bruce in Matilda the Musical, Stratford. He was the only original Bruce not to be transferred to the West End, due to forming a boy band New Bounce in 2011.

With three other friends, he entered series 5 of the Britain's got talent competition and went on to place 3rd in the overall competition.. Prior to Matilda, Kuan appeared in: Caroline, or Change as Joe Thibodeaux; Young Simba in The Lion King; a child 'Spider' in the Shillings team of Oliver! and was Young Michael Jackson in Thriller: Live.
